The installation of the steam pressure relief valve must be carried out with the piping system clean. In order to prevent the slag, oxide scale and other stolen materials from flowing into the valve, affecting the normal operation of the valve. Therefore, it is necessary to install a filter at the front end of the pressure relief valve installation, in order to prevent debris in the mass from entering the pressure relief valve and affecting its performance.

The steam pressure reducing valve should be installed in a place that is convenient for operation and maintenance, and must be installed upright on a horizontal pipeline. It should be noted that the flow direction of the medium in the pipeline is consistent with the direction of the arrow on the valve body.

Do not reverse it. There should be a straight pipe before and after the pressure relief valve installed. The straight pipe length before the valve is about 600mm, and the straight pipe length after the valve is about 1mm. General pressure reducing valves require that the pressure difference between inlet and outlet must be greater than 0.2Mpa.

The pressure reducing valve usually has various specifications such as DN50 ～ DN100. The working pressure before and after the valve is 1MPa and 0.1 ～ 0.5MPa respectively, and the error of the pressure regulating range is ± 5% ～ 10%.

When installing and using the steam pressure reducing valve, the bypass pipe shut-off valve should be opened to eliminate the condensate pipe and soda water to prevent the pressure reducing valve from opening to produce a water pressure reducing valve, which can cause damage. When there is no abnormal phenomenon, rotate it clockwise to adjust Screw, slowly adjust the outlet pressure to the necessary pressure (the valve is at the gauge pressure), after adjustment, tighten the lock nut,
